Jeff Gordon
Jeff Gordon established The Gordon Group in 1992 with the idea that service was always to be first. Jeff, a former accountant and stockbroker, has attained the highest certifications in the cruise industry of Elite Cruise Counselor and Luxury Cruise Specialist, both certified by the Cruise Lines International Association. This means that he has the experience and education to be able to properly suit the right client with the right ship and itinerary. Jeff will always strive for the perfect balance of price and luxury that equal value when suggesting your next cruise vacation. Jeff and Karen have sailed over 140 cruises and have inspected more than 100 ships.
Josh Gordon
Josh Gordon joined the firm in 1997. Josh is enthusiastically following in his father's footsteps (That is, hoping to have sailed on as many cruises!). Josh began his love affair with cruising in 1987, on his first cruise. He has sailed on over 50 cruises since then and has learned to see each cruise he takes as a learning experience. With each progressive year, he gains more insight into the wants and needs of our clients and is ready and able to make suggestions based upon your special needs and requirements.
Jan Allen
Jan Allen joined the team in November 1998. Jan came to us with extensive experience in managing a large retail establishment. As a Travel Consultant, Jan plans and executes a wide variety of duties and her knowledge spans the globe. She has helped plan cruises from as near as the Caribbean to as far away as Asia. Like a hand in a glove, Jan loves to find out just what the client needs and then goes out and really finds the very best fit.
Mary Kohar
Mary Kohar came our way in 2002 and has been an integral part of our success ever since. With 30 years experience in the business, Mary knows how to put the right client on the right ship at the right time and always at the right price. She has extensive knowledge in every aspect of the business and always has her client's best interest at heart. We believe that Mary is worth her weight in gold and the clients all agree!
Michelle Jhagroo
Michelle Jhagroo joined The Gordon Group in May of 2005. Her passion for doing the right thing for the client helped her fit in perfectly with The Gordon Group philosophy of customer service. With a strong background in the airline industry, her attention to detail and ability to "make things happen" has proven to be invaluable to the company. She started out working with Karen and learned everything possible about the administrative side of the office, which gave her tremendous insight into the cruise industry. She continues to educate herself on ALL THINGS TRAVEL and assists Jeff (and everyone else!) with many of the trip details, from planning the cruise to shore excursions and even hotels! Having worked her way up through both the administrative and sales ends of the office, she has truly become Jeff's right hand and he would be lost without her.
